About us
I hve worked as an independent contractor for the Woodlands Township since 2018 organizing tennis programs. In October 2021 I was offered the opportunity to take on pickleball programs. I invited my tennis friend Janet Murray to join me in this new adventure. Together we attended the IPTPA certification course in San Antonio. January 2022 we held our first pickleball lesson.
I formed The Woodlands Pickleball Association in July of 2021.
Dave Chaney joined our little team in the fall of '22. Dave has been a valuble addition to the team. Dave is an experinced player, teaching intermediate and advance players.
We are growing every day.
To help our Spanish speaking friends, Pedro Romeror joined us later fall '22.
Michael Urias is the lastest members of our team. He will be working together with Dave offering youth programs and hopefully after school programs in collaboration with Conroe ISD.
The Woodlands Pickleball Association has joined the national ranking system DUPR. We will be hosting DUPR tournaments and leagues.
We look forward to what will come.

We have a healthy and safe approach to pickleball. We place your safety first and will not host or run programs that is not to your level. Pickleball is for active healthy children and adults. Want to know more, please contact Adda Cuthbert
